Through firsthand involvement in multifamily, affordable housing, historic rehabilitation, and hospitality projects, these talented aspiring architects and designers will develop valuable technical and professional skills while also expanding their understanding of the industry.

“This Fall semester will be my first experience out of the classroom and getting my hands dirty on real-world projects. I am excited to bridge the gap between academic design and professional practice. I am looking forward to improving my technical skills, learning more about the construction process, and gaining a better understanding of the lifecycle of a project. Learning from the DNA team will be a great start to my future architectural career. “

“The one of many things I am looking forward to is creating relationships with the people within the office and learning, through experience, the many lessons everyone has to offer. A major thing I think is important is asking questions. Gaining a better understanding of things such as the office dynamic, roles within the office, and the people in the office can help me foster better relationships. I am excited to work on the many different projects and experiencing the project workflow and tapping into different fields such as interior design. I want to improve my technical skills most of all. I learn best through experiences and challenges, so being here, asking questions, and putting myself out there with my best foot forward will really aid my growth within the field of architecture!”
