Tanya Kakaradova specializes in full-cycle project delivery, production management, and rigorous construction administration at DNA Workshop. Since joining the firm in 2020, Tanya has established herself as an independent project lead who actively optimizes internal office standards, production workflows, and quality control processes. She holds a Master of Architecture from Bulgaria’s Higher School of Civil Engineering (VSU) Lyuben Karavelov, and has built a rich background in educational, multifamily, commercial, and high-end residential design throughout her career in the United States. Tanya excels at guiding projects seamlessly from early concepts to final construction, and her exceptional eye for detail makes her a natural fit for quality control. Whether she is traveling to project sites, managing HUD draws, or mentoring interns and younger peers, Tanya approaches every task with confidence. When she isn’t refining workflows, Tanya loves traveling to experience new places and is always on the lookout for local festivities. To stay emotionally balanced and grounded, she treats her daily gym time as her personal meditation practice.
