Director of Interior Design
Stacie Raab’s design philosophy is rooted in storytelling and human-centered design. Her approach creates spaces that feel intuitively familiar and easy to navigate while maintaining distinctive beauty and character. At the core of her work is a commitment to user-centric design that honors both function and uniqueness—spaces that resonate with the people who inhabit them.
Growing up with close proximity to New York City, Stacie developed an early fascination with buildings and the built environment. This passion led her to design school, where she discovered her true calling: the intimacy of interior design and its power to shape human experience.
Stacie’s diverse career spans entertainment, government, technology, and corporate sectors, giving her a uniquely broad perspective on design challenges and solutions. Her experience includes work with Paramount Global/Viacom’s in-house design team on projects for Nickelodeon, MTV, VH1, and the Viacom Hollywood Headquarters, as well as positions at ZGF Architects, KPA, Saltbox, Inc., and Page Southerland Page. As Senior Interior Designer at Adrianse* Global, she collaborated with client and design teams worldwide, honing her skills in coordination and cross-functional collaboration. This varied background—bridging in-house creative teams and major design firms—has shaped her ability to bring fresh perspectives to every project.
She holds her NCIDQ certificate and is a LEED Green Associate. Stacie began work at the DNA Workshop Richmond office in 2024, where she works in all sectors of interiors specializing in multiple facets of design. Away from work, Stacie’s hobbies include reading, touring historic architecture, and skiing.
