Muthanna Alyounes received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Jordan in 2013. Prior to joining DNA Workshop in 2020, he worked for seven years on a variety of mixed-use, commercial, industrial, retail, multifamily, and residential projects throughout the Middle East, specifically, Saudi Arabia.
At DNA Workshop, Muthanna specializes in multifamily renovation and affordable housing projects across the United States, including HUD and LIHTC developments. His experience includes construction administration, permitting, consultant coordination, and construction documentation, with a strong focus on accessibility and code compliance. He has extensive experience coordinating ADA, UFAS, Fair Housing, and accessibility requirements for occupied rehabilitation and multifamily housing projects, working closely with owners, contractors, municipalities, and review agencies throughout all phases of design and construction.
Outside the office, Muthanna enjoys fitness, traveling, art and design exploration, Chess, volleyball, pickleball, and entrepreneurship.
