Architect
Laina Andermann Braud always loved design, math, science, and problem solving, so, naturally, architecture and its combination of these elements made for a great career path for her. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University in 2012 and worked for two firms nationally known for their multi-family work. She worked in the small-scale commercial building arena as well as focused on new construction and high-end/luxury multi-family work. Laina joined DNA Workshop in 2021 where she specializes in multi-family work. She enjoys the challenge of custom detailing and loves traditional architecture. In her spare time, Laina loves building and creating with her little family—from overly elaborate toddler beds to adding 800sf to the family homestead to a backyard tree house.
