Anthony Chan received both his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from University of Texas Arlington. During school he participated in the university’s Rome Architectural Study Program and later was a part of the Design Jury at Columbia University in New York. He is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). Since 1994, Anthony has worked for a variety of architects from Shanghai and Hong Kong, to global companies located in the US such as HKS, Corgan, Humphreys & Partners, Hub City Productions, Vision Design Studio and more.
Anthony joined DNA Workshop’s Dallas office in 2025 and manages Quality Control for construction documents and construction administration, ensuring that architectural designs, materials, and construction processes meet established standards and project requirements. His work maintains the integrity, safety, and efficiency of architectural projects. Outside of work, Anthony’s hobbies include swimming, tennis (he is a certified tennis teaching pro), and scuba diving. He is active in his church and a member of the church choir. Fun fact about Anthony, he was once interviewed by a Chinese TV program that considered him one of the most avant-garde, up-and-coming architectural designers in China. His segment appeared right after an interview with fashion designer Marc Jacobs.
