Marketing Director
Amanda Carlin earned a Bachelor of Communications degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2017. She started her career at Baton Rouge’s local CBS affiliate WAFB and worked in various marketing roles, eventually being promoted to the station’s Creative Services Manager. During her time at WAFB, her creative work earned Amanda numerous Gold and Silver Telly Awards, two regional Emmys, and an Edward R. Murrow award. Amanda joined DNA Workshop in 2023 and coordinates marketing and business development. Her focus is building connections with other businesses and community leaders, and helping them find the tools and partners they need for their next project. Away from the office, Amanda loves creating things. She and her husband write music together, and she counts woodworking and video production among her hobbies. She also has a FAA pilot license for flying drones, which makes for a good conversation starter.
