DNA Workshop project Hillsboro Apartments was awarded $60,000/unit as part of a series of $73m in new loans and grants under Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP).
Located in Seneca, SC, the grants will be used to improve Hillsboro Apartments to meet green standards.
Relying on our extensive expertise in GRRP and the IRA, our Architects worked closely with the property owner to develop to be awarded these grants.
