Paola Chirinos De Lima earned a degree in Architecture and Interior Design, shaping her expertise in project management. As Senior Project Manager at DNA’s Dallas office, she leads multifamily developments from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. She collaborates with architects, engineers, and designers to create functional, well-designed spaces while managing client expectations and streamlining processes.
Paola’s background in architecture and interior design allows her to balance aesthetics with efficiency, bringing projects to life with a keen eye for detail. Outside of work, she stays active with workouts and yoga, explores fashion and skincare trends, and enjoys discovering new restaurants around Dallas with friends.
