Associate Architect
Growing up on Lake Pontchartrain’s Northshore, Madeline Luke Sciortino would often visit New Orleans with her family. Her mother, an interior designer, taught her the value of good design and detail at a young age. Inspiration from the city along with the influence from her mother drew her to pursue a career in architecture. Madeline studied at Louisiana State University and received her Bachelor of Architecture and Minor in Architecture History in May 2019. While studying at LSU, she was awarded numerous scholarships and awards and finetuned her communication skills through the CxC program in which she was honored as a Distinguished Communicator Medalist. She began her career with DNA Workshop in 2020 and works on a range of projects including residential and multi-family from schematic design through construction administration. She is both energetic and very detailed-oriented, always looking at ways to enhance office operations and improve her craft. Madeline stays involved at the office through the social committee, which is a key part of the DNA Workshop internal culture. Away from work, Madeline loves to read, play volleyball, and travel.
