Associate Architect
Jacob Hunter received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Architecture degrees from Louisiana Tech University completing his studies in 2020. While in school, Jacob worked on a design/build project for MedCamps of Louisiana to create a treehouse and zipline for the campers, which won the AIA Members Choice Award. He interned at a firm in El Dorado, Arkansas, then worked for YWA Architects in Ruston, Louisiana, and DOMUS Studio Group in Dallas. His professional experience includes designing, modeling, and drafting projects for schools, sports complexes, single-family homes, and multi-family housing. He joined DNA’s Dallas office in 2023 and will assist in the design, production, and execution of a wide range of projects. Jacob is on the path to becoming an architect and plans to be licensed by 2025. When he is away from the office, Jacob enjoys photography, off-roading, and playing guitar at home as well as in a band. He also loves traveling with his wife Marissa.
