Ideal candidates should have:
- · Architectural degree from accredited college/university
- · 5-10 years of professional architectural experience
- · Experience in multi-family and/or historic renovation projects a plus
- · Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- · Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
- · Professional licensure and LEED® certification or demonstrated path towards completion.

Administrative & Marketing Assistant – Dallas
DNA Workshop is looking for an Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our Dallas office. This position will lead Office Admin efforts for this location, while assisting the core Administrative Team and Chief Marketing Officer located at our Baton Rouge office.
This position will handle a wide range of tasks, with the goal of keeping things running smoothly and helping pave the way for our team to continue the great design work they’re doing.
This may include:
- Coordinating Rep Visits
- Managing Office Supplies and the Material Library
- Assisting the Social Committee with events and employee celebrations
- Coordinating new employee onboarding
- Managing expenses
- Assisting the CMO with proposals and marketing materials
- Assisting the CMO with social media content
- Responding to phone calls and screening client inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
