Architect
Upon graduation from high school, Scott Broaddus decided to combine his strength in math with his interest in art by pursuing a degree in architecture at Georgia Tech, and he followed that by earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia in 1993. He is a licensed architect in Virginia and New York and has years of experience with a variety of project types including residential, hospitality, education, and retail. Scott joined DNA Workshop in 2022 and began assisting the team in developing design and construction documents for rehabilitating multi-family housing complexes in various locations around the country. He likes that his work with DNA has the potential to improve people’s lives, whether at home, work, or in the public/private sphere. Away from the office, Scott enjoys taking trips with his family, cycling, and socializing with friends. He dabbles in home renovation projects from time to time and continues with his interest in art, sailing/boat building, and journeying to places he’s never been.
